Refund, return & cancellation policy
Each product purchased licenses the purchaser to use the product either privately in their own home, or in ONE school setting. Products must not be shared with teachers from other schools or made available online. Academies with more than one school must purchase a product per school that they wish to use it in.
Due to the nature of the business and its products (which are delivered instantly via email following a purchase), every sale is final and refunds or cancellations will not be offered.
If customers feel there has been a problem with an order, or lack of electronic delivery, they should contact us using the contact form on this site. We will try to resolve any issues quickly with the customer. If the issue arising has been caused by our error, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund.
